About Our Company
About Mahara MPCS
It is a cooperative society registered under the number Gam/615 on 04-04-1971, and this is composed of three Perus named Mahara Various Services Cooperative Society Limited, Naranwala Various Services Cooperative Society Limited, Uruwalperuwa Various Services Cooperative Society Limited. The first Honorary Chairman was Mr. N.D.C Gunapala.
After 1975, these three societies were merged and registered under the Cooperative Societies Act No. 05 of 1972 of the Cooperative Development Department under Gam/790 on 29-07-1975 and are maintained under the name of Limited Mahara Various Services Cooperative Society.
